Like apple cake only better 'cause there's oatmeal in it too. AND it's ten times more healthy. Things to add that might be delicious: walnuts, shredded coconut, cinnamon...

Recipe Ingredients for Apple-Coconut Boatmeal

28 grams Unsweetened Almond
1 packet No Calorie Sweetener
45 grams Oatmeal
1 serving Coconut Essence
40 grams Apples

Recipe Directions for Apple-Coconut Boatmeal

  1. Preheat oven to 380 degrees Fahrenheit (195 celcius).

  2. Combine dry ingredients, then mix in wet (the wet ingredients should also include 60g water - CC wouldn't add it to the recipe..).

  3. Pour into a small baking pan, loaf pan, or 1-cup ramekin (or, for mini boats, two 1/2-cup ramekins). Cook for 15-20 minutes, or more until it?s firm. (Cooking time varies, depending on whether you use oil or not - se notes)

  4. Finally, set your oven to ?high broil? for 5 more minutes (or simply just bake longer, but broiling gives it a nice crust).

  5. Sweetener Notes: Sweeten to your like, though I like to add 16 drops of SØD liquid no-calorie sweetener. The same amount is used when adding the coconut essence (ie. 16 drops)

  6. If you can spare the fat (all healthy though!) and calories try adding 1 tbsp coconut oil - it will make this boatmeal so freaking buttery. If doing to cut back to only 45g grams water and try playing around with the amount of coconut essence needed (it might not need just as much!)
