Recipe Ingredients for Apple Cobbler

5 cups apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp corn starch
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp vanilla
3 tbsp butter
1/2 cup oats, ground to flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup sugar

Recipe Directions for Apple Cobbler

  1. Mix apples, 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch vanilla, 1/2 tsp salt together and dump in a square baking dish. Dot with 3 tbsp of butter.

  2. Mix batter together until smooth: oat flour, baking powder, salt, egg, butter and sugar. Drop evenly on top of the apples.

  3. Bake 350 for 35 minutes.

  4. Serve over ice cream.
