Recipe Ingredients for Apple Cobbler

2 apples
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup rolled oats
3 tsp smart balance 67% buttery spread

Recipe Directions for Apple Cobbler

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Brown apples in 1 tsp of butter spread. Sprinkle with 1 tsp of cinnamon.

  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix flour, oats, sugar, and rest of spices. Cut in rest of butter using your fingers. Don't overmix; you want small lumps.

  4. Once apples are done place in baking dish. Top with flour mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
