Recipe Ingredients for Apple Cinnymuffins

1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup skim milk
2 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs sugar
1/4 cup raisins (about 1/5)
1 large apple, washed, peeled, and diced

Recipe Directions for Apple Cinnymuffins

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a 12-muffin pan with baking cups.

  2. Mix the wet in one bowl. Mix the dry in another.

  3. Add the wet to the dry, but don?t overmix.

  4. Add the raisins and apples, and mix gently. If you want pretty muffins put a piece of walnut on the top of each one.

  5. Fill each baking cup about 2/3 the way full and bake for about 14 minutes until the top is nice an golden brown.
