Recipe Ingredients for Apple Cinnamon Whole Wheat Oatmeal Pancakes

3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup milk, non-fat, dry
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup water
2 egg whites

Recipe Directions for Apple Cinnamon Whole Wheat Oatmeal Pancakes

  1. Add dry ingredients, applesauce and water. Stir until combined.

  2. In separage bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into pancake batter.

  3. Drop 1/4 cup amount onto medium-low heat nonstick or well-seasoned cast iron skillet. Turn once when bubbles form on top of pancakes.
