Recipe Ingredients for Apple Cinnamon whole wheat muffins

1 cup white flour
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbs cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups apple (pealed and shreaded)
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup milk
2 tbs vanilla extract
2 tbs mayonnaise

Recipe Directions for Apple Cinnamon whole wheat muffins

  1. Heat oven to 350.

  2. line 12 muffin tins or spray with pam

  3. combine dry ingredients and add carrot coconut and apple.

  4. add wet ingredients

  5. fill muffin cups 3/4 the way full.

  6. bake 20 to 25 minutes
