Apple Cinnamon Whole Wheat Muffins (add cinnamon to your liking)

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Cinnamon Whole Wheat Muffins

1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
3/4 c sugar
1 egg
1/2 c dried apples
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 bananas
3/8 c canola oil

Recipe Directions for Apple Cinnamon Whole Wheat Muffins

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. In a second bowl, mash three bananas. Mix in 1 egg and 3/8c oil. Add wet ingredients to dry. Mix well. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
