1/3 cup oats 1/3 cup egg whites 1/2 an apple - grated or chopped with skin 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

3 oz Apples
18 grams Oven-Toasted Quick Oats
5 tbsp Egg Substitute
1 serving Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein - Vanilla
0.25 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.25 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Apple Cinnamon Protein Pancakes

  1. In a bowl, mix together oats, egg whites, protein powder, cinnamon and vanilla extract.

  2. Fold in apples.

  3. Pour half of the mixture into pan or griddle, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray over medium heat.

  4. Flip until both sides become golden brown.

  5. Top with sugarfree syrup, extra apple slices, or nut butter.
