These low calorie pancakes are a sweet alternative. The texture is a little different, but still delicious. And very filling! You can also try adding a dash of vanilla.

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup skim milk
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce

Recipe Directions for Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

  1. Heat Skillet and coat in cooking spray.

  2. Combine ingredients in medium size bowl.

  3. Ladle out 2 tbsp of batter per pancake and lightly brown each side of the cake.

  4. Try leaving the very center gooey for a different texture and flavor.
