Recipe Ingredients for Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

1/4 c whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp light vanilla soymilk
1 tbsp splenda no calorie
1 tsp cinnamon, ground
1 dash nutmeg
1/4 c applesauce, unsweetened
1/4 c allwhites
168 g apple, chopped
1/4 c Cozy Cottage Sugar Free Syrup

Recipe Directions for Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl and stir together. Add in milk, apple sauce and egg and stir until just smooth.

  2. Pour onto warm griddle and top pancakes w/chopped apple.

  3. Serve immediately, with plenty of syrup.
