1 cup flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
12 ounces milk
1/4 cup water
1 large egg
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup apples

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix wet ingredients in another. Mix until well combined. Let batter sit a minimum of 15 minutes. Pan fry in Pam.
