Recipe Ingredients for apple cinnamon oatmeal (whole milk- full cream)

1/2 cup oatmeal
3 tbsp honey
1 large apple
1 cup skimmed milk

Recipe Directions for apple cinnamon oatmeal (whole milk- full cream)

  1. on the stove cook the oatmeal in a pot with 1/2 a cup water

  2. the oatmeal will dry the water out- add the milk and stir

  3. keep stirring until desired consistency

  4. add the apples and keep on stove for 1 more minute

  5. take the pot off the stove and add the honey and the cinnamon (to taste).
