Recipe Ingredients for Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

1 apple, peeled and diced
1 cup vanilla soymilk
1 tsp ground flax seed
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
3/4 cup quick oats

Recipe Directions for Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

  1. Peel and dice apple. Cook in a small saucepan over medium heat, until apple begins to get more tender.

  2. Add soymilk. Bring to a boil. Add remaining ingredients. Cook for at least a minute.
