1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 gala apple, diced

  1. Add portioned oatmeal to bowl

  3. Add diced apple

  4. Cover with hot water

  5. Microwave for 3 -4 minutes depending on your microwave,

  6. Stir part way through and after cooking.

  7. Enjoy!
