Recipe Ingredients for Apple Cinnamon Muffins

1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup finely chopped tart apples

Recipe Directions for Apple Cinnamon Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 365

  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder salt and cinnamon. Mix together.

  3. Add all remaining ingredients and stir until flour mixture is moistened.

  4. Spoon batter into 2 greased or paper-lined 12-cup muffin pans.

  5. Bake at 365 for 19-23 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool for about 5 minutes before removing from pan.
