Recipe Ingredients for Apple cinnamon muffins

2 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 granny smith apple

Recipe Directions for Apple cinnamon muffins

Beat the egg, canola oil and apple sauce. Stir mixture well with the dry ingredients and then fold in the chopped-up apple. Bake at 375 for about 20-25 minutes.
