Recipe Ingredients for Apple Cinnamon Muffins

1/4 cup egg beaters
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
3/4 cup finely chopped apple
1/3 cup sugar or sugar substitute
2/3 cup lowfat milk
1/4 cup applesauce, no sugar added
2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Apple Cinnamon Muffins

  1. In large measuring cup, mix milk, egg beaters, applesauce. Mix well.

  2. In large mixing bowl, mix baking mix, sugar or sugar substitute and cinnamon. Mix well.

  3. Pour milk mixture into baking mixture. Stir until moistened. Stir in the chopped apple.

  4. Spray 12 muffin cups with cooking spray.

  5. Divide evenly among the 12 cups.

  6. Bake 15 minutes in 375 degree oven.
