Recipe Ingredients for Apple Cinnamon Muffins

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
5 apples

Recipe Directions for Apple Cinnamon Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400

  2. grease muffin tins

  3. stir together 1 1/2 cups flour, 3/4 cup sugar, salt, baking powder, and 1 tsp cinnamon

  4. mix in oil, egg and milk

  5. fold in apples

  6. spoon batter into muffin tins, filling to top

  7. bake for 20-25 minutes
