Recipe Ingredients for Apple Cinnamon High Protein Oatmeal

1/4 cup of oatmeal( plain, quick cooking)
1/3 cup of unsweetened apple juice
1/3 cup of water
2 eggs, scrambled
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 pinch of sea salt

Recipe Directions for Apple Cinnamon High Protein Oatmeal

  1. Add all of the above ingredients to a saucepan on medium-high heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat when ingredients come to a boil and serve.

  2. Serve with milk, slice apples and drizzled honey!
