Recipe Ingredients for Apple Cinnamon French Toast

6 slice, medium (4" x 2-1/2" x 1-3/4") Bread, French Or Vienna
2 medium (3") Apples
3 tsp Sugars, Granulated
0.33 cup Sugars, Granulated
16 tbsp Egg Whites
1.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Brummel
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Apple Cinnamon French Toast

  1. Cut bread into 2 inch squares, Layer in square dish.

  2. Mix egg whites, sugar, vanilla, and milk. Pour over bread. Let sit overnight.

  3. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

  4. Peel and dice apples. Mix with 1/3 c sugar. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Let sit for at least 20 minutes.

  5. When bread is done baking, cover top with butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 5-10 minutes more.
