Recipe Ingredients for Apple Cinnamon Craisin Oatmeal Muffins

2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups oats
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 cups rice milk
2 tbsp milled flax seed
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup canola oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/3 cup Craisins
1 apple, shredded

Recipe Directions for Apple Cinnamon Craisin Oatmeal Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Dry ingredients first.

  3. Add wet ingredients.

  4. Pour into greased pans of choosing (muffin tins, etc. I use two 9-inch cake pans.)

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
