Recipe Ingredients for Apple Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Cookies

16 serving Butter Alternative Spread
24 oz Fuji Apples
454 grams Light Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract, Imitation, No Alcohol
4 large Egg, Whole
2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 teaspoon Baking Soda
3 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Cloves, Ground
32 tbsp Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
4 cup Whole Wheat Flour

Recipe Directions for Apple Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Cream butter and sugar until smooth.

  2. Add vanilla and eggs.

  3. Sift baking powder, soda, whole wheat flour, cinnamon, and cloves together.

  4. Add grated apples and chocolate chips.

  5. Cool for 30 minutes.

  6. Form small mounds on baking sheets and bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
