1/4 cup Quinoa
1 tbsp Original Raw Chia Seeds
1 med apple
2 tbsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Apple Cinnamon Chia Quinoa

  1. Cook 1/4 cup dry quinoa in the microwave according to instructions.

  2. Soak chia seeds in 2oz water to soften.

  3. Chop an apple & puree in blender or Magic Bullet

  4. Add cinnamon, apple puree & chia seeds to quinoa & mix well
