Recipe Ingredients for Apple Cinnamon Buttermilk Pancakes (1/2 whole wheat)

1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1 egg
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon Vanilla
1/2 cup white flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 medium apple, diced

Recipe Directions for Apple Cinnamon Buttermilk Pancakes (1/2 whole wheat)

  1. Combine wet.

  2. Combine dry.

  3. Whisk together wet & dry.

  4. Stir in apple.
