1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2 tbsp Almond Butter, Plain
2 fl oz Vanilla
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.33 cup, quartered or chopped Apples
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.25 tsp Ginger, Ground
5 tbsp Organic Coconut Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for apple cinnamon breakfast cookies

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Preheat oven to 360 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Add a touch of honey (non-vegan), agave, or stevia for sweeter cookies. Drop cookies by spoonful onto parchment paper. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Munch.
