Recipe Ingredients for Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal

2 cup oats
2 cup skim milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 apple
1/4 cup brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Lightly grease an 8"x8" square baking dish

  3. Chop an apple into small pieces

  4. Mix oats, milk, eggs & cinnamon

  5. Add chopped apple and stir to combine

  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, sprinkle with brown sugar, and bake for 35-40 minutes.

  7. Refrigerate any extra.
