Recipe Ingredients for apple cinammon muffin

1 1/2 cups white whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/4 cup smart balance

Recipe Directions for apple cinammon muffin

  1. add all dry ingredients together

  2. then mix all of the wet ingredients

  3. mix all together until dry ingredients are wet

  4. use a 1/4 cup to pour into muffing pan, it gives

  5. even muffins

  6. bake for 20 minutes at 400 F
