Recipe Ingredients for Apple Cider Pancakes - 6 medium sized

1/2 cup Robin Hood All Purpose Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Robin Hood Best For Bread Homestyle White Flour
1 serving Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt, Table
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 2/5 serving Skim Milk Fat Free
1 serving Distilled White Vinegar
1/4 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, Plain, Low Fat, 12 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce
0.33 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1/2 cup Apple Juice, Canned Or Bottled, Unsweetened

Recipe Directions for Apple Cider Pancakes - 6 medium sized

  1. NOTE: use the vinegar to make the skim milk into a buttermilk substitute ( or can use buttermilk if you have it)

  2. TOPPING: 3 tablespoons of sugar mixed with 11/2 tablespoons of cinnamon .

  3. Mix according to pancake method ( mix together wet ingredients well , add to dry ingredients until just mixed together .. do not over mix your pancakes will not be light and fluffy.
