Recipe Ingredients for Apple Chutney Chicken

2 lbs chicken
1/2 cup apple juice
2 tbsp apple jelly
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp garlic (minced)
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Apple Chutney Chicken

  1. Put Chicken into a glass baking dish. (remove skin if you wish)...

  2. Combine apple juice, Jelly (or chutney), olive oil) and whisk... then pour over the chicken.

  3. Season with garlic, salt and pepper.

  4. Bake in 400 degree oven (cover in foil) for 30 minutes.

  5. Remove foil and lower temp to 300 for another 30 minutes until chicken is golden brown.
