Recipe Ingredients for Apple Chicken Walnut salad

1 Apples
1 Chicken breast
1 dried cranberries
1 romaine lettuce
1 iceberg lettuce
1 red cabbage
1 green leaf lettuce
1 walnuts
1 blue cheese

Recipe Directions for Apple Chicken Walnut salad

  1. Cut grilled chicken breast into bite size pieces

  2. Tear greens into small pieces and put in bowl

  3. Add 1/4 cup of cranberries and walnuts

  4. Slice an apple and add three wedges to the salad

  5. Top with the chicken and a 1/4 cup of crumbled blue cheese

  6. If you need dressing try 2 tbls. of low fat mayo. Enjoy
