Recipe Ingredients for Apple Chicken Casserole

388 g chicken breast (2 fillets)
1 apple, peeled cored and chopped
1 winter squash, peeled and cubed
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tsp ginger root, grated
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1 pinch salt

Recipe Directions for Apple Chicken Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 375.

  2. Spray skillet with nonstick spray and heat over medium-high heat. Saute chicken, garlic, and onions for 5 min.

  3. Combine everything in a baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake for 40 minutes.
