Recipe Ingredients for Apple Cherry Glazed Pork Chops

3/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
18 oz boneless pork loin chops (6 chops)
2 cups unsweetened apple juice
1 1/2 small apple, cut into slices (6 per apple)
6 tbs. sliced green onion
1/2 oz dried cherries
3 tsp. cornstarch
3 tbs. water

Recipe Directions for Apple Cherry Glazed Pork Chops

  1. Stir together thyme, salt and pepper. Rub on both sides of porch chops. Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add porki chops. Cook over medium heat 3-5 minutes or until barley pink in center, turning once. Remove chops from skillet; keep warm.

  2. Add apple juice, apple slices, green onion and cherries to same skillet. Simmer, uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes or until apple and onion are tender. Combine sornstarch and water. Stir into skillet. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened. Spoon over pork chops
