1 medium (3") Apples
3 medium Carrots
1 fruit (2-1/8" dia) Lemons

Recipe Directions for Apple, Carrots, Lemon Snack (Add some nuts!) + Cinnamon

  1. Grate the Carrots an the Apple.

  2. Sqeeze the lemon.

  3. Mix it all together.

  4. I recommend strongly to add a few crashed nuts or seeds.

  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
