1 medium (3") Apples
1 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
1.5 tbsp, ground Flaxseed
1 tsp Sugar in the Raw
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Apple carrot salad

Shred apple and carrot through the food processor. Add sugar (and a few drops of lemon juice if you want), combine well. Put the salad on the plate and cover with freashly roasted and ground flax seeds.
