Put in vitamix, makes a little more than 2 qts after adding icecubes. Due to air content I'm not sure but I suspect this is likely 1 1/2 actual quarts or so with out the air.

Recipe Ingredients for Apple, Carrot, pear, Spinach, Grape, protein , water shake

2 carrots
1 1/2 cup spinach
1 apple
1 pear
1/2 cup grapes
3 1/2 cup water
1 scoop protein powder

Recipe Directions for Apple, Carrot, pear, Spinach, Grape, protein , water shake

put in vitamix and mix, do carrort first with a cup of water to allow mixer to cut carrot into a fine pure mix, then add apple, pear, spinach , protein and water to taste.
