This cake has no sugar and almost no fat!

Recipe Ingredients for Apple, Carrot, Banana Cake

2 eggs
2 tablespoons cream
1/4 cup orange juice
1 apple
1 banana
1 carrot
6 tablespoons raisins
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup wheat flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Recipe Directions for Apple, Carrot, Banana Cake

  1. Mix eggs and add cream.

  2. In blender, puree sliced apple, banana, carrot and raisins with the orange juice.

  3. Add to the egg mixture.

  4. In a seperate bowl, mix flours, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking soda and add to the other mixture.

  5. Bake 35 minutes at 350 F (170 C).
