Recipe Ingredients for Apple Cake

4 medium granny smith apples
1 1/3 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2/3 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
1/2 tsp Salt
1/3 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
3 large Egg, Whole
3/4 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
1/2 tbsp Butter
2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 cup Sugars, Granulated
3 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 cup Fat-Free Milk

Recipe Directions for Apple Cake

  1. mix dry

  2. beat eggs, sugar, oil

  3. mix together

  4. mix chopped apples with 2T whitesugar/cinnamon

  5. mix in apples

  6. pour into greased/floured pan

  7. sprinkle remaining sugar/cinnamon

  8. bake at 350 for 1/2 hour
