Great Fall dessert - makes the house smell wonderful!

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Cake

2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup applesauce
3 large eggs
4 medium apples (sliced)
1 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Apple Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Sift Flour, Baking Soda, Salt and Cinnamon

  3. Add Applesauce, Sugar, Eggs, Vanilla

  4. MIx Together with wooden spoon

  5. Fold in apples and walnuts

  6. Pour mixture into a greased pan

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
