This can be made into muffins or put in a loaf pan

Recipe Ingredients for apple breakfast bread or muffins

1/2 c flour
1/3 c whole wheat flour
1/8 c sugar
1/8 c splenda
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp smart balance oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 c 2% milk
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 egg white
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp flax seed
1 1/2 apples

Recipe Directions for apple breakfast bread or muffins

mix all dry ingredients together, then add milk, egg white and oil, mix then add apples chopped finely. Bake in either muffin pan or loaf pan at 375. Can easily be doubled.
