This is so good and almost fat free.

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Bread

2 3/4 cup wheat flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup corn syrup
1 1/2 cup Splenda
4 egg whites
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 cups apples, peeled cored and coarsely chopped

Recipe Directions for Apple Bread

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder.

  2. In a med. bowl, combine applesauce, corn syrup, sugar, egg whites or substitute, vanilla and apples; stir into flour mixture.

  3. Divide mixture between two 8 x 4" bread pans that have been sprayed with nonstick spray.

  4. Bake at 350 deg F for 40 to 45 min or until bread tests done.

  5. Cook for 10 min on wire racks before removing from pan.
