Apple bread with out flower instead bled oats

Recipe Ingredients for Apple bread with out eggs

6 cups oats (ground to a flower)
2 teaspoons cinnamon
4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups apples - peeled, cored, and coarsely chopped

Recipe Directions for Apple bread with out eggs

In bowl, combine flour (oats), cinnamon, baking powder and salt; set aside. In large mixing bowl, place oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and apples. Stir into flour mixture. Add walnuts and mix. Divided mixture between two greased 8-in. x 4-in. bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes or until bread test done. Cool for 10 minutes on wire rack before removing from pan.
