Moist and healthy. You can add some honey or brown sugar if you want them sweeter. I use Chia, not flax.

Recipe Ingredients for Apple Bran Muffins

2 c Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/2 c Wheat Bran
3 tsp baking soda
1/2 c molasses
1 egg
2 c buttermilk
3/4 c applesauce
1 c raisins
1 c shredded carrots
4 tbs flax seed

Recipe Directions for Apple Bran Muffins

Mix dry, mix wet, combine and stir. Add raisins, seeds, and carrots. Fill cups. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
