Recipe Ingredients for Apple, Bison & Pork Sausage

1 pound ground pork
1 pound ground buffalo
1 large apple, peeled, cored and diced very fine
2 tablespoons finely minced sweet onion
1 1/2 teaspoons thyme
1 teaspoons fennel seed, to taste
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon allspice or curry
1 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Apple, Bison & Pork Sausage

Mix all ingredients together. Form 15 balls and squish into patties. Fry in heavy skillet. Extra cooked patties may be frozen. Some might like to add 2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup to the mix. That would make the calories 122.8 per serving.
