one variation on my standard 1/2 an apple breakfast

Recipe Ingredients for apple bfast

75 g pink lady apples
10 g candied ginger
14 g english walnuts
10 g toasted oats
28 g low fat yoghurt
46 g yoghurt
7 g corn starch
7 g flax meal

Recipe Directions for apple bfast

  1. boil apples w ginger

  2. when soft add corn starch and after thickened

  3. pour over remaining ingredients in bowl
