Recipe Ingredients for Apple-Berry Porridge

3 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds (Raw)
1 medium (3") Apples
1/2 cup Blackberries
1/2 cup, halves Strawberries

Recipe Directions for Apple-Berry Porridge

  1. Soak pumpkin seeds overnight

  2. peel, core and chop apple

  3. combine apple, blackberries, strawberries and pumpkin seeds in to blender. Blend until smooth.

  4. Pour mixture into bowl and garnish with flaxseed.
