Recipe Ingredients for apple berry crisp

1/2 cup flax seed, ground
1/2 cup flour, whole wheat
1 cup oats, rolled
1/4 cup splenda, baker's blend
1/2 cup butter
2 cups berries, three blend
1 apple, large
1/8 cup honey

Recipe Directions for apple berry crisp

  1. mix first 5 ingredients, set aside

  2. mix apples, berries, and honey, put in baking dish, top with dry goods, bake for 30- 35 minutes till done
