Recipe Ingredients for Apple Banana Muffins

3/4 cup quick oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 egg
1/3 cup 1% milk
1 tablespoon canola oil
1/2 cup grated apple
1/4 cup banana

Recipe Directions for Apple Banana Muffins

  1. mix dry ingredieants together in a bowl

  2. mix wet ingredients together in a seperate bowl

  3. pour wet ingredients into well in dry ingredients

  4. mix until just moistened

  5. pour into muffin tins and bake at 350 for aprox 20 minutes

  6. cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan
