1/8 teaspoon salt
2 bananas, mashed
2 egg white
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 apple, chopped
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 cup almonds, chopped
