1 tbs flaxseed
10 almonds
1 apple
1 banana
1 tbs dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for Apple Banana Flax

  1. Add 1/2 cup water to a small jar and soak the flaxseed, almonds and dried berries overnight. This releases the nutrition in the flax.

  2. Put fruit and soaked flax mixture in blender and grind up like a coarse applesauce.

  3. Enjoy
