1 1/2 cups apple juice
2 bananas
2 cups dandelion greens

Recipe Directions for Apple Ban-Dandy

add greens and juice to vitamix and blend on variable, slowly increasing speed from 1-10. when at 10, switch to high to finely pulverize the particles. add frozen bananas and blend on variable until of desired consistency. add more liquids to taste, or vary ingredients to your liking. i think the possibilities are endless here
